FILTRATION OPTIONS

Wash loop is always closed and fully filtrated process that requires regular dosing and periodic drainage when saturated.
Various ways of processing of contaminated rinse loop water.
Rinse loops in Super SWASH are flexible by design and meet all process and environmental requirements.

AUTOMATIC ADAPTIVE DOSING

Applicable for external control of wash process
Adaptable system ensures stable concentration of the cleaner
The unit refills the wash tank by preset concentration of the cleaning agent by mixing the concentrate from a can with DI water from external source or generated by the unit
Adaptive concentration control and dosing of cleaning agent with integrated ZESTRON® EYE management
